Shipping Terms

Production time is approximately 6 weeks. This, however, may vary depending on the product.
It is understood that Local holidays / strikes and other disruptions may affect delivery time and the seller is not responsible for these delays.
Shipping in most cases is directly from the factory in Italy to your location by common carrier.
Once the product leaves the factory, you will be given a tracking number. It is the buyer’s responsibility to track and ensure a responsible person is present to receive the product on delivery.
Shipping time depends on your location. Typically, shipping should take about one to two weeks.
